I would like to know if anyone has noticed that the e-mail packages are getting larger. I have done several closings this month and the paper work is larger. I use to print 80 to 100 pages per loan and am now printing 100 to 160 or more per loan. If we raise our prices for the extra printing then we will not be able to receive the work, because someone else will under bid us. Is this just the companies I am working for or has anyone else noticed this trend?

Yes, I feel the same way. I just did one for someone that was supposed to be a VIP client. Usually the VIP's have less paperwork. This one had 155 pages, and then I had to make 3 extra copies of the mortgage and 2 extra of the Note. They were only 10 page mortgages thankfully. As you say our costs are going up, but we cant ask for more money. Had to take a PT job in the mornings to make up for less work available as a Signing agent.

Yes I have noticed the same thing. I just completed a closing on Friday and it had 166 pages. With less work out there and now more materials used it's getting harder to do this job.
